This Thanksgiving season, UGMTC will be serving the community with meals and more through our annual Thanksgiving Food Distribution (11/24) and a special dinner served to Mission residents and community members on Thanksgiving Day (11/27).
Unfortunately, our registration has been filled and we are not able to give a ticket for a Thanksgiving grocery bag and turkey.
Thanksgiving Distribution
A Turkey and Grocery Bags
If you are in need this Thanksgiving, we invite you to join us at our annual Thanksgiving food distribution at Union Gospel Mission Twin Cities. Each year, the Mission distributes a turkey, potatoes and bags of food to families in the Twin Cities, so you can enjoy the holiday with turkey and all the fixings for yourself and the people you care about. Distribution will take place on Monday, November 24, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The first eight hours are ticketed, and the final hour and 45 mins (4:15–6 p.m.) are on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies run out.
Unfortunately, our registration has been filled and we are not able to give a ticket for a Thanksgiving grocery bag and turkey.
If you have already registered, remember to print your ticket with QR code and have it with you when you arrive.
- You should have received your ticket via email.
- Each ticket has a specific QR code unique to you.
- You must have a printed or digital copy of your ticket to pick up your turkey and grocery bag.
- Each individual who registered needs to be inside the vehicle.
- We will not be able to give groceries or a turkey to anyone without a ticket.
If all registrations are filled, we will offer any remaining food on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 4 p.m. This will end when everything is gone or at 6 p.m.
Thanksgiving Day Meal
Open to all community members
On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. we will be having our annual Thanksgiving dinner for the community. The meal will take place at the Men’s Campus: 435 University Ave. E, St. Paul, MN. This event is open to anyone in the community in need of a meal. All are welcome.
